Christmas Present

Every year for Christmas I try to make everybody's Christmas presents. Well except for Rand, Kaiden and Raegan. Anyways I found this cute tutu pattern online. And it was a no sew tutu, so that is even better because I don't have a sewing machine. Anyways I am going to make some for my nieces and my cousins little girls. So this is the first on that is done, and I would like to know what everybody thinks of it. I have two more almost done, so I won't post those. But I was thinking about making Raegan one. If I get ambitious enough.

Last minute Tucson Trip

So this past weekend we made a quick trip to Tucson to see Rand's family. His sister MarjAnn and her kids were down from Utah so we decided to go down there to see them. We had a lot of fun. We got to meet the newest member of the fanily, her little boy Mason. He is such a sweetheart. Here are some pictures of Granni holding him and Raegan meeting him. She was so fascinated by him.

On Saturday we went to Buckelew Farms. They had a petting zoo and a field where you can go pick pumpkins. It was a lot of fun but very hot. It should not of been that hot for the middle of October. Granni bought all the kids little pumpkins. Kaiden could not decide on which pumpkin to get. So the picture of him and his pumpkin later is not the one he chose. He chose a fat squatty one. But oh well he was happy.

Baby and Look what I did!

So yesterday, I walk into the family room and I found this. Kaiden in the exersaucer and sucking on Raegan's pacifier. I asked him what he was doing and he said he was a baby. So I told him that if he was a baby he was supposed to be sleeping. (Raegan was asleep at the time.) He told me he did not want to sleep and he got out. But of course he got his foot stuck. And of course being the scrapbooker that I am, I had to take pictures.

And look what I made. See that headband that Raegan is wearing. Yeah I made that. Thanks to Erin Householder. She was a big help. Of course Kaiden keeps taking it off. But hey now people will clearly see that she is a girl. I made a couple more flowers that can interchange back and forth with other color of headbands. So I hope it looks ok to everybody else. Adult or Kid's Game?

So to start out this post I want to let everyone know that Rand has agreed to let me paint that wall red. He said I could do whatever I wanted because the kitchen is mine. He said as long as it is not in the family room. I would like to have everybody still vote. Because I want to know your opinion. Anyways, today I played a game with Raegan and Kaiden. We played the fish game (as Kaiden calls it). Everyone knows that game. Where you try and fish and get the fish on your pole. Well I have decided that this game is so hard and evil. Kaiden did better than I did. Oh well it was fun anyways. Raegan had fun watching and chewing on her fishing pole. Here are some picutres, Enjoy!

Red wall?

So I have always wanted a red wall in my house. But Rand doesn't want one. So my friends suggested I paint it while he is at work, and then when he comes home it is already done. So what does everybody think? Do you think he will get mad? Vote on the poll to the right!

General Conference and Football

So yesterday was General Conference. And it was so awesome. Maybe because I was a little more prepared for it than I usually am. All of the talks were great but I loved Thomas S. Monso's talk Sunday morning session. About time and how we need to not wish it away. It put my mind in a whole new perspective. We also had the sisters over. They played Conference Bingo with us. I had to take pictures of the candy because it was so good. Anyways, it was a great day. And in between sessions Rand watched football. And just to say, Raegan loves football! She gets mad when commercials come on. So I had to take some pictures of her and Rand bonding.
