My new red wall, and my painted laundry room. I feel bad that I promised pictures 2 weeks ago, but I was in Tucson one of those weeks. On the wall I did the trim first because I didn't have any rollers. And I was going to get some in Tucson. Well needless to say I will do the trim first everytime I paint a room now because I hate the trim. Anyways I got it done yesterday and put everything back on the wall today. I got the shelves from my cousin for free and just spray painted them. Then took sandpaper to them, and black ink, and now they fit right in. And thanks to Marci for doing the vinyl lettering for me. Enjoy the picutres!

The shelves that I am so proud of.
Now onto the laundry room. Now don't forget I cleaned it before I took pictures, it is not always this clean. Anyways both of these colors were on the mistint shelf at our hardware store. (Now those who know me, I will not pay a full price for a gallon of paint. It has to be on sale or a mistint and on clearance). And I certainly was not going to pay full price for my laundry room. Everything in the room and on top of the cabinets has been a buy from Goodwill, was on sale, or was given to me for free. There were no cabinets in the room when we bought the house, but my wonderful dad installed some for me. And then I just painted them and took sandpaper to them also. (Sandpaper is my friend). Enjoy the pictures!
The stars I painted on the walls

That red basket will be white one day, and say eggs on it.

The hardware I found at a boutique in Pinetop/Lakeside.

Cool sign I found at Hobby Lobby.
Now I know that everybody is jealous.
Just Kidding!
Hope you enjoyed the tour of my two newly painted rooms.
Now for all those who are wondering where are my children in the last couple of posts.
Don't worry they are still here and I will post about them very soon.
